EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE
Brisbane to the Gold Coast or Gold Coast to Brisbane. Tweed Heads and beyond. Sunshine Coast. If your looking for an express service A MAN AND UTE is the express service provider for you.

Times and Charging
- You pay from the moment of agreed arrival time until the task, removal, delivery has been completed at the destination or location and unloading has been completed. There is a 1 hour minimum charge on all jobs and there after are charged at 15 minute increments. Our rates are the same Monday through to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not out of the question however higher hourly rate charges will apply.
- Higher rates will apply where after hours tasks are required.
- All times for arrival are estimated and the nature of this business sometimes will present circumstances beyond our control which may cause delays in time schedules. A courtesy call will always be made to allow our customers to be informed of any delays.
Payment
- At the end of the job payments can be made by CASH, CREDIT CARD or EFTPOS. If the driver is required to wait for payment the hourly rate is charged until payment is received. A $2 surcharge is charged for all credit card and EFTPOS transactions
Job On Location
It is the responsibility of the client to be present at all locations concerned throughout the task or service. A MAN AND UTE as registered business will not be held responsible for any property left unattended. The customer/owner of the property being moved or removed is responsible and aknowledges that A MAN AND UTE staff once employed and invited onto private property to perform a task or service, shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage that may occur while performing that task.
Customers are not encouraged to assist with the moving of items. Once A MAN AND UTE STAFF are employed to perform a task, if the customer chooses to assist with the move they do so at their own risk. The customer aknowledges that they do so at their own risk and A MAN AND UTE staff will not be held responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur during that task. Moving furniture is a difficult task and our friendly staff at A MAN AND UTE trained and experienced in the task at hand and will perform the task in the most time efficient manner.
A MAN AND UTE staff will work in light rain however OH&S dictates that some of the heavier items, predominantly white goods and other heavy furniture items are not to be moved during inclement weather. It is also a desire of A MAN AND UTE staff to ensure the all items of furniture arrive safely and aren’t damaged by rain. Our staff will tarp and use protective blankets where require to protect effects to ensure they rate not damaged.
Lift and Stair Access
In most cases where lift access is concerned it is a responsibility of the client to ensure that they book a lift and have lift protection padding place in the lift. This is a requirement for most high rise lift building and a requirement of the management of the building.
Lift and stair access tasks do take more time than others however our staff at A MAN AND UTE will work in a time efficient manner to complete the task in a timely manner.
INSURANCE
A MAN AND UTE is a professional team of experienced removalists and we take pride in the utmost care taken for all items transported. We understand that some items if not all items are precious to you and it is our aim to make sure that all items are delivered and moved safely. We use protective blankets/pads, straps, trolleys and ropes to ensure your items are secured and arrive safe and sound.
It is recommended that you take out your own insurance for removal and transit.
A MAN AND UTE accept goods for cartage solely at the risk of the customer.
The customer aknowledges and understands that the only insurance provided by A MAN AND UTE is road transit insurance for collision, flood, fire with any excess amounts to be paid in full by the customer. The customer is responsible for all of their items to be adequately insured for transport and must organise their own insurance through an external agency or broker. Should the customer choose not to do so, the customer indemnifies A MAN AND UTE from any claims what so ever including but not limited to negligence.
A MAN AND UTE shall not be held responsible or liable for any indirect loss of profit incurred by the customer or any third party or any other loss suffered by the customer whosever caused as a result of any negligence or otherwise.
By hiring A MAN AND UTE or agreeing to utilize A MAN AND UTE services the customer hereby agrees to the terms and conditions listed.
